Compensation £68,000 – £75000 Basic +  Company Car + Bonus + Benefits package

Location – Home Based (UK)

Reporting to the Managing Director your role will be focussed on managing the UK Sales across the grocery accounts as well as some high street stores. The environment will suit someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.

The brand is seeing huge growth in supermarkets and high street.

The Role

• Managing and develop Key Customers
• Work closely with the team to ensure targets are met
• Full P&L management, controlling forecasting, D&P & A&P spending
• Working closely with Operations and Marketing

The Person

• Proven experience in the Grocery
• Preference for strong FMCG background and contacts within FMCG.
• Excellent relationship-building skills.
• Strong commercial understanding.
• Entrepreneurial ambition
• Must be able to self motivate
• Excellent presentation skills.

This is a home-based Head of Retail Sales role, with board meetings in the UK Headquarters.

This position is likely to include the management of one National Key Account Executive, previous management experience would be an advantage.
